Searching the SPC episode and song author&title

Please, help me to find the episode from which were the first 5 seconds of this video were cut:

That first episode you're referring to is "Cold and Crabby in Little Tokyo," where Emperor Fred actually makes sense (He's sick), and he needs a legendary bird to get well, so Big Al sends the Pizza Cats to get the Bird to help the Emperor.

The song in the second video is called "Battle in Flash". It's sung by Ami Itabashi, and its tune is based on a piece of background music from KNT's soundtrack, the one that's used whenever Yattarou (or more rarely, Sukashii or Pururun) finishes off the enemy robot of the week with his special attack.
