At your work (especially if it's a pizza parlor), you make up rhymes like Francine while talking on the phone to customers.

You actually visit a Pizza Cat fan site despite the fact that you are in the middle of an active  war zone.

When in a pickle, you wonder "What would Speedy/Guido/Polly/whoever do in this situation?

You plan your entire day around watching some SPC episodes (ie: I need to make sure I get home right away today so I can watch episode #30 again!)

You take popular songs and write Pizza Cat related parodies of them (I apologize if this one's been done).

You still feel sorry for Lucille at the end of The Comet Caper (although she ends up with Guido in most fanfiction anyway).

You wish the SPC game for the NES went mainstream here in the US.

In any name-your-player video game, you name at least one of your characters after a Pizza Cats character (like Speedy, Guido and Polly traveling the Oregon Trail for instance).

You try and learn the Kamehame...wait a second, wrong series.  Moving on...

You study the design of the characters so you can make your own merchandise.

You want to use the Cat's Eye Slash on Disney executives because they won't release this show on DVD anytime soon.

You apply for a job at a pizza place, only to discover you don't get shot out of a cannon to deliver pizzas.

I don't feel sorry for her.  Annoyed Though I totally dig an emotionally unstable character who's wired to a missile system, I've never really liked her in terms of personality. She's only good for cannon fodder, which Francine thankfully capitalizes on.

I named my Dog in Fable II "Speedy"

Sometimes I name characters after forum members.

I guess I've always had a soft spot for Lucille.  I mean, I'm all right with Polly and Speedy, but like it's been mentioned before, it seemed so sudden in SPC.  I was thinking about naming some of my Pokemon after SPC characters, but I guess that's for another quest.  I'm playing Leafgreen, so I get a second quest with brand new (at the time) Pokemon and new lands to explore, after taking care of the Elite Four, that is.  I'll save the SPC names for that one.

When one devotes so much time and energy into a community, to write and organize and get to know people, that it actually starts to affect you IRL and IRL situations.

Sadly, that part has come and gone for me, now SPC is a mere fleeting memory in the back of my mind, only once and a while surfacing to say "Hello, my old friend, how are you? We should perhaps spend some time together." And I would simply respond, "No."

You remind me of that totally awesome 'Watchmen" trailer.

The world will look up and shout "Save us!"... And I'll whisper "No."

That crossed my mind as well after I wrote it. But it's how I feel.

-When you put something SPC related in one of your original works.  Example: I must have been thinking of Lady Vi's website, because I referred to something as "spiffy diffy" in one of my original stories.

When it doesn't feel quite right to eat pizza without an episode of SPC on.

When you can watch the show today, and pick out all the jokes you didn't get back in 1996. (And in my case, that was most of them.)

...when you freak out because you think of one line that would go great in your SPC fanfic and you can't find the hard drive/notebook that you keep your SPC related stuff in.

Happens to me about two times a year, only change  hard drive/notebook for CD/DVD, as I tend to do backups sometimes...

No, Bro. You're joining the Marine Corps. You pretty much lost it.
