~Little Tokyo High~ : The Flaming Emerald Dance

Meanwhile, in another place, inside LTH....
 
A bunny guy with glasses and dressed in a business suit is inside the school basement, looking at Jack the black cat and FG the fox girl...
 
"This is it? You are the only ones here?" he said, upset
 
"Everyone else got a ticket for the Rude Noise concert, so, why we where invited here anyway?" asked Jack, holding a paper notebook and a pen in his paws
 
"Well, I was planning to hire some people for... " Usagi says nervous looking at FG "Sushi restaurant (yeah that will do), only you know, I was going to make everyone fight each other and... umm... the last few who remained after the big brawl would get the job"
 
"Isn't that a bit exaggerated for just a Sushi  restaurant?" asked FG looking right into the bunny guy eyes
 
"We have a lot of rivals in the food business, and they play dirty" the bunny said, now looking more relaxed
 
"Umm, so what, we are hired?" asked Jack, the extra cash would be helpful after all
 
"No, you are a weakling, and she works... for a rival restaurant chain!" The bunny said pointing to FG 
 
"What a waste of time then..." said Farah just as a lot of people entered by the door, filling the auditorium...   
   
"Okey everyone, this is your chance to get a job for a big Sushi restaurant chain! Everyone fights everyone!, only the last three survivors get the job!" shouted Usagi looking exited, FG had to admit it was a good trap. But she was was skilled and  well trained, and once she activated Jack with the "Code word", they would see who would laugh last.   
 
"Dakota" said FG avoiding a ferret that was about to hit her with a bat, and Jack eyes turned purple...

Meanwhile... Back at the Rude Noise concert.

The crowd was growing uneasy with each moment there was no music, nor any lights.
A growing chant began to emerge... "Pay or Play! Pay or Play!"

* On stage... *

Kyo : Ugg... *Picking Camma and himself up.* What hit us...

Camma : *Surveying the scene.* 3 crashing projectiles. They appear to have knocked out the circuit breakers.

As the crowd began to grow even more angry... a green glow began to shine brightly from the nose-bleed section in back.
Silence began to fall over the crowd as they all turned to see what it was.

Sheena : Eh? *Holds her hand up over her eyes, squinting.* What's that? Some raver that got lost?

A young girl stands in the nose-bleed section.
A container in one hand, and a lid in the other.
Emerging from the top of the container is an emerald flame whose movement is not like that of normal fire.
It shone brightly, it's movements were fierce, yet graceful.

Camma : *Her eyes shoot wide open as she hurriedly pulls Kyo closer to her, hugging him to her tightly.* Cover your ears... *As Kyo does so, her voice echoes loudly through the stadium as if coming out of a bullhorn.* ROMERO ANCHOVEY! I KNOW YOU'RE IN THE CROWD! GO AFTER THAT YOUNG GIRL IN THE NOSEBLEED SECTION! SHE HAS YOUR FLAMING EMERALD DANCE!

With that, Camma lept high into the air with Kyo, and landed in the middle of the crowd. Then began rushing as quickly as she could towards the emerald flames.

Eyah : *Dusting herself off.* Ohh... So she thinks she can steal from me eh!? *She hops off the stage, and begins running up towards the emerald flames as well.

[Romero Anchovy]

Romero: Who what where when??? *looks around and sees that green glowing flame* hey...that's that thing me and Eyah made...I bet if i got it...she'd give me a kiss....hehehe....or maybe even more....

Romero made his way to the source of the green flame pushing past all the angry people until he finally waded to the the woman

Romero: um...hey your that girl that was with my bro....you seem to have my um....green flame...*points to it* Could you um...maybe give it back?

[DashStPierre]

(Alright...Dash is not partaking in the main story anymore but let's check in on him as he recovers)

Nurse: Mr St Pierre...its time to change your IV
Dash: Thanks...do you know when I can go home?
Nurse: The doctor should be able to discharge you in the morning
Dash: thanks...I havent the slightest memory of what happened to me...all I know is I was sitting in a desk in the middle of a circle, then something fell on me and then there was a bright light, and then I was here...
Nurse: Well you were unconscious so we have to keep you overnight at least for observation...
Dash: I understand...I wish I could help my friends though...
Nurse: well I appreciate that but you need to rest...there...all done
Dash: thanks...have a good night ma'am
Nurse: you too...
Dash: Oh...nurse?
Nurse: Yes?
Dash: could you hand that bag over to me? its got my computer in it...I have somebody I wanna talk to
Nurse: sure. (hands him laptop bag)
Dash: thank you.

*Jack fainted after the fight was over, he and the fox girl had defeated all the thugs, who where all knocked out, leaving only Farah and the bunny guy named Usagi in conditions to fight.
 
"Well..." said Usagi "Do you want to fight me or something?"
 
"No thank you" said Farah " I am just gonna pick this lil cat and leave, a school is not place for fights"
 
"Okey" said Usagi, looking relaxed, and the fox girl picked Jack and leaved the school basement...

(I'll be wrapping the story up in the beginning of August. I'm going to be going on one last family vacation tomorrow and will be gone for at least 1 & 1/2 weeks. As soon as I get back I'll get started. My apologies for the delay on this. My goal is to get a new story started in September.)

The little girl looked at Romero for a moment... then just smiled.

?? : You can have your assignment back if you'd like... *She lightly twirls around facing away from Romero & the others, then begins smacking her bottom.* If you can catch me that is!!!

With that, she began running off down the stairs out of the stadium.
Meanwhile... on stage...

Speedy : *Groggily getting up.* Ugg.... That was one of them landings wasn't it?

Guido : *Working a CRACK out of his back.* You know guys... I really think we should just invest in a bus or something.

Polly : *Coughs... all of her fur is standing on end as electricity courses through her body.* I think~ ZZZZTTTTT! I think~ ZZZZTTTTT! I think~ ZZZZTTTTT!

"What the... LOOK WHAT YOU CATS DID TO OUR STAGE!!!"

Bad Max clenched his guitar with fury... Pointing it at the pizza cats with a deadly glare in his eye.

Bad Max : It wasn't bad enough that you have to ruin every one of our evil plans, so now you decide to wreck our stage when we're throwing a legitimate concert!?!

Cannonball Battery : *Emerging from the rubble with a base drum over his head.* Yeah! Stupid cats! ... Oh no... *Begins waving his arms around frantically.* THEY MADE ME BLIND!!!

Speedy : *Uneasily smiles, lightly laughing.* Well... eheh... eheh... Ya see... This wasn't part of the original plan. We really aren't here to~

Bad Max : *Violently waves his guitar, cutting Speedy off.* I don't want to hear any of it... We're going to make you cat's pay for defiling the sacred stage of heavy metal, and there's nothing you can do about it! *Looks around to his fellow band members.* Am I right boys!?!

Cannonball Battery : I'm with ya boss!

Mojo Rojo : Yeah! They're gonna pay out of their noses!

Ronnie Geissmuller : Awesome! A fight sequence! I knew the choreography lessons would pay off!!!

[Romero Anchovy]

Romero took off after the Girl running down the steps as fast as he can but winds up tripping on someone's Tail and falling down the long stairs

Romero: ARGH!!! look out!!!

eventually he hits the bottom with a loud thud and looks around..

Romero: where did she go?

As Romero lay on the pavement, a green light could be seen zigg-zagging through the crowd.
From behind, an arm reached down, pulled him up, and began tugging him along.

Eyah : There you go Romero-Kun. You really need to watch your step~ *Smacks face-first into a cement support pillar.* MMPH!!

Camma came up from behind, pulling Eyah off of the pillar, and pulling everyone else along, basically plowing though the confused crowd.

Camma : Keep going guys! We almost have her!

Kyo : *Smacking into people while being dragged.* UUGGGG!!! @_@

*** A few minutes later... They all are standing outside a large pair of double-doors. The emergency lighting dimly illuminates the corridor. ***

Sheena : Does anyone know where Sheena's at right now?

Kyo : *Squinting.* It... looks like it's one of the rent-able auditoriums...

Camma : She's in there...

Sheena : Someone should go in first...

[Blackcat]

  A bunny GIRL with glasses and dressed in a sexy brown business suit is behind the stage of the Rude Noise concert...
 
???: So, we record all this fight or what?
 
She looked to another bunny girl, one that was dressed like a schoolgirl and who happened to be the one that just spoke, "Yeah, that would be a good idea"
 
Soon enough, Rude Noise fans all over the world where watching the fight live, thanks to the miracle called Internet!

*** Meanwhile... Outside the Auditorium... ***

The students stood outside... trying to figure out what to do...

Principal Tio : *Walking down the hallway towards the conference room with a flash light.* Blasted rock concert... Huh? *He shines his light over at the students.* What are you all doing here?

Sheena : Sheena was chasing someone who~

Camma : *Clasps her hands over Sheena's mouth.* We... Were actually here for... the... Conference.

Principal Tio : Hmm... *Smerks.* So they decided to bring in some of the class to this thing too? *Sighs.* Well, might as well get it over with. *He walks in front of the students, opening the door slowly.* Just so you kids know, I don't blame any of you for what's about to happen... You all did what you could.

As the door opens, the sound of discussions turning into whispers was apparent.
There were various flashlights glowing... Only the glitter of light off of various glasses could be fully seen.
At the center of the room was a table with a dull glowing Tupperware container.
From the near silence, a voice boomed.

PTA President : Principal Tio! You're late...

Principal Tio : *Guiding the rest of the students into the room.* My apologies sir, the power went out just as I entered the building. I had to go back to my bike for a flashlight.

PTA President : *Points his flashlight at the students.* And what is with these students being here?

Principal Tio : *Looks down at Camma for a moment, then back up at the PTA President.* I figured sir, they should be here for the meeting, seeing as they're the supposed evidence that I'm producing poor students, and thus by Mr. Fromage's recommendation, am to be removed from my post at Little Tokyo High.

[Romero Anchovy]

Romero started to speak out....

Romero: What? you can't give Principal T da Axe! he's liek da Coolest Principal. I know. Man dat be some Greasy stuff right there! And give me back mine and Eyah's project! we worked hard on that!!!

PTA member: Can you just hear that kids Grammar? It's appalling! Is this what you are teaching them in that School Tio?

[Blackcat]

"Hi, may I please speak about that Mr. Fromage? Thank you sir" said FG the fox girl entering the room and showing off a few tapes 
 
"Now, if you want to see something interesting, I have some videos of that so called teacher Mr Fromage" she said as Jack entered with a VCR player, a TV and some cables, soon enough he had everything plugged, but there was the small problem the lights where off.
 
"Now, I havent been a student in this school for long, but I have good grades, for a girl that been sick almost a month thats it" she said and shoved off a folder with all her homework done, the exams and all, the lowest score was a B-, but most of her stuff had A+ scores 
 
"Do you really think a bad principal would have good students like me?" She said sounding proud of herself "Now, if the lights came back I would show you what that Mr. Fromage's has been really doing in this school. But as I am a good student I got a backup plan"
 
Just then Jack gave the PTA President a box with photographs, each photograph had the date of when it was taken, these photographs showed Mr. Fromage's lazing off in the teachers room, stealing other teachers food and having private conversations using a cellphone during school hours, with his student looking! And even worse, he was show stealing oil from Principal Tio car!

"Well, I am not a very good student, but I think Principal Tio has done a good job at Little Tokyo High" said Jack sounding nervous "And Romero doesnt have bad grammar, he just talks like that when he is nervous. Is not a easy job to keep a school going with a low bugget, giant robot atacks and crazy take over the world plot each semester, but somehow, he keeps this place running. I admit I didnt like him when I joined this school, but over time that has changed. Besides, do you now what it takes to run this place? I bet you never had to deal with atacks from ninjas, robots, monkey aliens, and cookie adicted zombies!. If you kick Tio away, who in his or her right mind would take his job? I bet that even being a Samurai pizza cat is easier that keeping Little Tokyo High in pieces!.

"And thats everything I have to say" said Jack and closed his mouth

After looking at all the evidence that FG and Jack had presented, the PTA President looked over at Fromage and the PTA Vice President.

PTA President : ... Well?

Mr. Fromage : *His mouth full of Peanut Butter and Bannana.* ... *Mumbles.*

PTA Vice President : *Places her hand up, stifling whatever Fromage was going to ... "Say"* Well sir, while the evidence is convincing, there's still the fact that the school has suffered major issues as of late. While Principal Tio has assured us that everything is getting back to normal... it isn't! *She points down at the table where the green glow is.* That is the proof sir! The students were all given an assignment to produce 1 complex dish, which if they all worked together would have been simple to do.

Principal Tio : *Clears his throat.* A dish I might add that included alcohol... A substance that minors are ill equipped to handle.

PTA Vice President : *Ignoring Tio.* Allow me to demonstrate sir...

The vice president gets up from her chair, and proceeds down to the table.

PTA Vice President : This dish was supposed to be a "Flaming Emerald Dance." While the dish itself does not have a very good taste, it's supposed to give off a light show that is a tribute to a young woman whom herself was amazing.

The lights flickered slightly...

PTA Vice President : *Pulls the container off of the table. It's labeled "Dash's Homework".* This, as you all are about to see is but a weak imitation. According to our Mr. Fromage it's missing a key ingredient. Royal Import Sake. He believes that a non-alcoholic substitute was used instead, hence the low glow.

PTA President : *Squints.* Well... it's hard to see from inside that container...

Principal Tio : Yes... I agree... I want to see this "Failure" that Mr. Fromage is so certain about.

PTA Vice President : *A grin spreads over her lips as she glares at Principal Tio from behind her glasses.* With pleasure sweetie...

As the PTA Vice President began to tear open the lid... The lights flickered off...
A loud shriek pierced the room, followed by a huge emerald flame.
Everyone's eyes (except for the PTA Vice President & Mr. Fromage's) gazed in wonder as a female figure, bathed in emerald fire took a bow, and began dancing before everyone.
The dance seemed to go on, without end, until finally the flames "bowed", then vanished.
As the lights came back on, a sealed Tupperware container labeled "Romero & Love-Pudding's Homework" lay on the floor in front of the PTA Vice President.

PTA Vice President : *A look of horror over her face...* Wha... Wha.... Wha... Bu... Bu... Bu... How!?

Silence filled the room for a few more minutes...

Sheena : Wow! Sheena needs to do Sheena's homework more often! That was awesome!

Eyah : *Walks over, picking up the container & looking at it.* Hey... I don't remember writing my name as "Love-Pudding" on this!!!

Principal Tio : Well Mr. PTA President, is this meeting ajourned?

PTA President : ... All those in favor of stripping Principal Tio of his remaining tenure at Little Tokyo High say I.

The room was silent...

PTA President : All opposed?

A resounding NEY echoed through room.

PTA President : Well then... *Smerks.* I suppose that does it!

(Ok folks, it's that time! We're in wrap-up / epilogue mode. If there's anything that still confuses you, speak up!  I'll write / post an epilogue either tomorrow or Tuesday.)

After the meeting was let out Romero trying to be a gentleman walked Eyah home

Romero: wow...that's more amazing than the time me and  Dash wanted to see what would happen if we stuck a turkey in the microwave...hehe...s-sorry about the name change Eyah...*blushing* it...probally just slipped out when i was putting on the names...

eventually Romero reached Eyah's door step. and the two students stood infront of each other. the fireflys where out. the stars wher bright and the moon was full everything seemed to be pointing towards a good night...

Romero: *blushing madly* W-w-well u-uh...i..hope you have a goood night Eyah *leans in close to her trying to give her a hint*

Meanwhile...
   
Jack and FG where busy at Jack home, finishing up to print copies of the school newspaper...
 
Jack: Damn, I cant believe we cant publish the Emerald dance story, it was a good one!
 
FG: Yeah, but this is a school newspaper and the rules say they we cant promote alcohol in any way, that includes dishes too!
 
Jack: Well, I hope people buys the newspaper with what the principal let us publish.
 
*The headline of the newspaper was "Substitute teacher Mr. Fromage was caught stealing oil from Principal Tio car!"
 
FG: I am sure it will sell, plus is the only "official" reason Tio has to fire the guy...
 
Jack: Why would anyone want his job anyway? I mean I could understand if any of the teachers was behind this, cause they arent very normal and that, but why an outsider in his right mind would want to lead this place?
 
FG: No idea, maybe is because Dash has superpowers, but they dont need to rule the school to get him, and besides, he was bought by a private company!

Jack: Say what?

FG: Never mind, you think we have enough copies already?

Jack: "Yeah, I dont think we will sell more than this... twenty is enough" Jack said and turned off the machine, now they just had to put together the pages for each one of the twenty newspapers.

FG: Where did you get this newspaper machine maker anyway?

Jack: It was a present from my uncle Bob last year, I dont  dare to use any machine from school since that weird incident with the computers...

*And after half an hour, the newspapers where ready and go for selling, FG went back home and Jack had a good night sleep.

[DashStPierre]

Dash opened the door to the house and walked in with a smile on his face like he had seen an old friend

Dash: I hope I never spend another night in the hospital until Im witnessing the birth of my children
Kia: Hey big bro, you have a message...I think its from your girlfrieeeeeeeenddd
Dash: just give it to me grabs it from her hand. (Reads it)...ok. I'll call her in a bit. Sounds like she was worried about me.
Grams: Well I hear that they are keeping Principal Tio at your school...oh and that you got an A on your project.
Dash: YES! (slight fist pump).
Grams: Alright Dash, you get up to your room and clean up...you smell like you havent bathed in a week.

*** Meanwhile… on Eyah's doorstep… ***

Eyah looked at Romero… Watching his expression closely…
Her thoughts drifted all over the place… From Romero's actions, to her latest plans for world domination…

Eyah : *Gazing into Romero's eyes…* -=… Eh… I suppose I can give him a little thanks. This way… I can continue to use him to discover his brother's true weakness.=- *She leans in for a kiss… slowly closing her eyes…* -=And once I take over the world… I can hold not his mind, heart, and body for further experimentation…=- *She stopped for a brief moment.* -= … And sell his kidneys on the black market for profit.=-

As the two began to lock lips in an innocent kiss, everything went dark as a large bucket landed on their heads covering the outside world from their view.

Eyah : MRPH!?

?? : Haa haa! Big Sister's in looooovvveee! Big Sister's in looooovvveee!

Eyah : … *Raises her hands in the air, waving wildly in fury.* TOMO!!!!!


*** Meanwhile… Outside of the city… Along an old riverside… ***

Principal Tio : *Leaning against his motorcycle… Sighing.* … Never would've figured she'd go this far…

He reaches into his leather jacket, pulling out a small booklet, opening it up.

Principal Tio : *Slowly flipping through a few pages…* Amazing isn't it? How time changes some things? *He reaches down, patting the gas tank on his bike, as if it's the only thing there that understands him.*

He stops at one page in particular… It shows him, and a young woman standing together, smiling in front of a construction yard in winter. There is much snow on the ground, yet Tio's motorcycle can be seen behind the couple.

Principal Tio : … Yukino… *He closes the book, putting it back in his pocket.* … Whatever I did wrong… *He looks down at his bike, then out over the river.* I sure did it well. She almost got me fired this time…

He remained there for what seemed like moments… gazing off into the distance…
Until the sun peaked over the horizon… Signaling the approach of dawn…


*** Meanwhile… At the Rock Concert… ***

Cannonball Battery : *Beating a stage sand bag with a fold up chair, a base drum still on his head.* Take that! And that! You're going to be begging for your mamma you stupid cat!!!

Meanwhile… Speedy, Polly, and Guido watched from a distance…

Guido : *A puzzled expression over his face…* Should we tell him the fight's over?

Speedy : *Shrugs.* Nah, he'll figure it out soon enough. *Looks at the two.* Say, do you guys remember why we shot over here anyway?

Polly : It was something important wasn't it? …

As they sat there pondering… a loud crash came from the entrance.

Francine : *Standing in the doorway.* What the heck are you guys doing!? The PTA Meeting finished over 2 hours ago!!!

The three cats looked at each other even more puzzled… for about two seconds before shocks of horror spread over their faces.

Polly : That's right! We were going to try to re-negotiate pricing for our hosting of the usual PTA Meeting and Buffets!!

Guido : Not to mention throw in a plug for good grade incentives to all the local schools to boost business!

Speedy : *Shrugs* … I still don't see why this was a big deal, it's not like they don't have other PTA meetings.

Francine : *Throws a chair at Speedy.* RRRAAAAHHH!!!! We did it now because this was the last chance before the school budget is approved this morning!!!
