Umm, no. What makes you think that just because it was pink in one episode that it's that color all the time, when it's clearly RED in every other episode her hair is shown? Why do you think Tenko, one of the character designers for KNT, colors her hair red? Also, if you look at her hair in other scenes from the same episode, it's red:


Of course, Francine's bell is green here too, so errors do happen from time to time, but doesn't it make sense then that the pink hair is a mistake too?

This is a silly argument, but I like Pizza Cat facts & trivia to be accurate, and you brought this up twice. Conclusion: The one scene in the whole series where her hair is pink was, in fact, a mistake. Case closed.

no guys, take a closer look. the back of Polly's hair is in a kerchief, you can see the little ties on the top of her head. the only reason why there appears to be a red area breaking it up is because it's actually the back of her ear, not her hair.
