Translation from Japanese (KNT CD Drawings file names)

I got drawings from the KNT Nekoza Senshuuraku Kouen CD. Below are the pictures` file names for 3 of them:

猫座千秋楽公演ライナー中開き
猫座千秋楽公演 ライナー表
猫座千秋楽公演 ライナー裏

I need the translation of the file names. Here is what I understand:

1) 猫座千秋楽公演ライナー中開き = Nekoza Senshuuraku Kouen + ライナー 中開き
2) 猫座千秋楽公演 ライナー表 = 猫座千秋楽公演 (Nekoza Senshuuraku Kouen) +  ライナー + 表 (Front)
3) 猫座千秋楽公演 ライナー裏 = 猫座千秋楽公演 (Nekoza Senshuuraku Kouen) +  ライナー + 裏 (Back)

What does ライナー and  中開き mean?

I guess "ライナー" / "liner" stands for "liner notes", which are found in CD booklet.
"中開き" seems to mean the internal side of booklet (when you open it).
