Ah, yes the Marilyn Monroe frame. That shows up in at least 3 different episodes, IIRC. There are instances of some other things showing up for a frame during those sort of effect cuts, like the Dark Side of the Moon cover art. There's been some discussion on these sorts of frames in this topic.
