Seller icollect-online has a large number of cels currently up for auction. Several include backgrounds, although most of them don't seem to match the cel they're being sold with.

There are still lots of SPC cels showing on eBay. Make sure to check regularly to see everything that's available. If you're like me, you'll want to save the example pics even if you're not buying anything.
