And indeed, it is most likely an error on the part of the writers, who could have been guessing.

The guide is wrong, it is the 41st episode.

That episode guide is missing some numbers.  They added the episodes in later, but didn't adjust the numbering.  It's understandable, since this is part of the first SPC page ever made, so they didn't have any good references to check.  With the non-dubbed episodes left out, Wet & Wild Weekend is #41.
