By the way, I'm totally going to snipe this thread for #1 being Dora the Explorer.
I wont allow that, i dont want dora the explorer to be 1 number 200 maybe but never number 1. Why is Noah using Blind2d's old avatar? Coincidence?

no seriously this isnt the answer at all...i mean first of all "yes" and "should be higher" are quite much the same in this case.i still vote for just the 100 best in no particular order since anything else would be a shitload of work to do...i mean at first you need a very long list with at least 100 cartoons made up by the community and then you have to make a list in excel where those users can sort them as they wish(with at least 2 sentences "why?") and AFTER that you have to bring it into a nice pie-looking-statistic with high contrast colors but still a simple design that even the masters of presentation feel pleasured.
in addition to that you would have to bring up the reasons for the position with sources. (and I want a flipchart )=>)
well maybe this was....to much but im sure you know what i mean^^
