I am flattered that someone would think to add Aster Crow. However.

Whoever is editing the SPC Wiki and making sh*t up about my character, AND posting art without permission (not all of it is mine), please stop. I don't like it.

The only thing I can say is I have no relation to any Fanfics. I merely adding the pictures as some unregistered contrubutor is asking me.

I can draw his (their) attention that you (the creator) demanding no more use of those images without a permisson and remove that images form Wikia.

I have already removed the text and images that I did not agree with. I did it once before, and someone added it back in. Perhaps they didn't get the hint.

Though, I do appreciate you forewarning me about the posting of my pic Teyandee...and at the moment I have no problem with it because, hey, it's free attention.

And here comes the question about if we should have a webpage or something to upload the SPC fanfics. I am improving the fanfics section of my spanish SPC page. Now I can actually store the fics as html pages since edo does not go pop up and add crazy like my old host did. Why html is better? Because some stories have pics or fan art and that way I can include them, while a text file might be opened by the wrong word processor and not load the pics at all. Also everyone can read a html page, while most people don't even know or cant read new texts formats like odt, docx and so on. Also html files are harder to be accidentally deleted, one of my main complains about some old SPC sites was that the fanfics where stored as text files and when I tried to download them, they where gone!

Why should I ban you? Feel free to register at Wikia and have a constructive dialogue with that member(s).

Why is Aster listed in the SPC Wiki, anyway? I think it would make more sense to have a separate wiki for SPC fan creations so people don't get confused.

Who the hell include fan works in a wikia?? Really!! When I am searching info about any series I just care about the official material and maybe the official spinoffs; I don't give a sht about fanfiction or fan characters...

That's pretty unnecesary for me and it makes the page seem like the creators were so desperate about finding something to put there that they had to make that Fan Works section...

Since the fanfics are using the original SPC characters I had nothing against them being published at Wikia.
To prevent confusion, the articles have special templates to notify the readers that some information is not related to the original series:

But, you make a good point. The wikia visitor expects to find information about the original series, not the fanfics.

KageReneko, Tigriss, I would also come to expect that the only information someone would be looking for about SPC on a wiki would be actual material about the show, not fan fiction or fan characters.

Teyandee was very kind to ask if certain images could be used, and I said that was ok; I was very thankful for being asked permission. Granted, I didn't fully understand the placement of content at the time. Perhaps the solution to this would be a more visible and comprehensive understanding and separation of fan-based material. I've seen the disclaimers about "not in actual episodes" but my opinion is that it's not wiki appropriate.

I guess what irritates me the most about the whole situation on a personal level, is that.. Yes, I agreed to have certain images used.. but when I visited recently there were new images that I didn't approve of, AND someone had taken the liberty to add a bunch of nonsense that wasn't true, AND someone else's art was posted who may or may not have wanted their image to be shown and/or used in that manner either. My character has been used in a good number of fan-fiction, and anyone who has asked my permission to use her has never once been denied, regardless of who asked. Even if they wanted to hack off a wing. Not once did anyone ask me if they could use Aster Crow in whatever those episodes on the wiki are, and I'm a little peeved about the childish way it's being abused.

I do understand you - having your images posted on any site without the permisson is not a pleasant thing.
Apparently, this contributor has not asked anyone whether he can use their images on Wikia.
