I heard there were two cut scenes. One where Guido had an axe on his back and Polly had a shuriken on her's, from their battle with the Rude Noise. The other being Lucielle blowing up Little Tokyo.

Don't ever talk about that episode.
Seriously, I've heard horrible reviews, and I was like, "There's no way it can be that bad. It is SPC, right?" No, it's that bad. Don't talk about it, don't mention it, and if you ever find a link, don't download it.
I didn't think it vvas shovvn in America. Isn't that one of the ones that vveren't?

I loved this two-parter. It felt special, but they didn't do away with the humor. There were so many things that I liked about this episode: Bad Bird and Speedy fighting one last time, Bad Bird becoming a good guy, Speedy and Polly developing a relationship, and Bad Bird getting together with Carla. It did those things and did them well.
Definitely one of my favorite episodes.
I know that this reply is way late. I just wanted to reply to this topic and give my thoughts about an episode that I have watched a ton of times, yet I don't get tired of watching it.

I guess you haven't seen the Japanese version yet so if I were you I should consider to watch the Japanese version, at least whenever it's getting subbed...

I had the second part translated, part one wasn't done because I didn't have a copy of it at the time. It was done by someone other than Daisensei, though he did go over it and helped with/corrected some things. If I can find my copy, I'll post it.

Well, after some digging around in my e-mail, I finally found it. But it's an early copy before more revisions were made, so I'm going to keep looking for a more current copy.

I like the idea of Speedy with Polly and Guido with Francine.

There where some touching moments in this episode. I just about cried at some of them.

Especially the one where Speedy goes away with the catatonic and Polly was crying running after the unreachable spacerobot.
