Well, to be more accurate:
3 triforce shards.
Wizdom
Power
and Courage.
you know, like in every other zelda game.

Yay 2 TRIforces

oh man, thats great.

Wouldn’t that be a sextupleforce?

Zelda 1 had two Triforces. The triforce of power belonged to Gannon, and Zelda split the remaining Triforce of wisdom into 8 shards and hid them in the underworld, IIRC.

Very true Supersonic.  Speedy Wink
Smart move on Nintendo's part. It left the story wide open for The Adventures of Link.

After watching more of the series, LoZ has lots, and lot of continuity errors, lack of consistency, and a whole bunch of other things that make it awesome.
For one thing, Link in the show is right handed, and everyone clearly knows he is left handed Cool
Also, Sprite's hair keeps changing from blonde to brown, several times during the course of the episode.
And in one special case, Link's sword mysteriously appeared in his sheath when he had just lost it, on a rooftop, moments earlier.

And thats why it's so cool.

Still, nothing beats all the mistakes of the old transformers movie.
