That's what really happens. Somehow too much negativity stocks up in people lately - nearly everyone of currently active members seems to have some kind of bias, grudge, despise, or even hate on other members inside them. And the worst thing is that it gets out, and as a result, spawns even more hate, bias, and despise in others. This cycle has to stop. People need to stop making things that purposedly upset other people. As of now, it looks as if most of us became more concerned by people on the forum and our feelings and opinions towards them than the actual topics of discussions. That's really wrong. As Aster said numerous times, the problem is there is not enough respect between the members of our community. I really hope this will change.

I understand that SPC/KNT hasn't been aired in lots of years, the last time I watched the complete series on TV was 1992, I understand other people liking newer shows... But these "Bronies" seem to want to turn this PIZZA CAT forum into a MY LITTLE PONY forum and that is fucking annoying... There is not only the threads (That aren't at least interesting), we also have to bear with signatures, avatars and usernames... Everything related with the fucking ponies; this placedoesn't feel like a Pizza Cat forum anymore  and the sad thing is that I like the MLPFIM series but I hate the damn behaviof of its fans...

We have talked about several other series here and any of those threads have generated the ammount of spam posts that the Pony thread has done...

The Pony fans are all oin your damn face with the damn series, they are like "I'm so cool because I'm using a girly name with a girly pic and a girly signature making videos, music and pics about my new lobved girly series"... THAT'S ENOUIGH PEOPLE!! It's cool that you devoted yourselves to something but all those efforts would be mkore appreciated in a place that is dedicated to those series... You can't go to a Silent Hill forum for making tons of threads about Resident Evil!! You don't go to a forum about Disney for fill it with stuff related with Warner Brothers!!

This place used to be nice and peaceful with a couple of good threads but now it is just annoying, damn annoying... This is about SAMURAI PIZZA CATS!! IF YOU THINK THE SERIES IS TOO OLD OR TOO STUPID FOR TALKING ABOUT IT JUST LEAVE!! I don't have any damn right for talking about this but CUT IT WITH THE DAMN PONY CONTENT!! It's no requirement to have an SPC avatar to be able to post on topic or relevant stuff. I've never had an SPC avatar, yet I think my posts are generally on topic.

People are free to choose their avatars, within certain limits (good taste is one). That's what all of us have to deal with, on any forum.

Totally agree with KageReneko. This is, and shall be an SPC forum.
You can discuss and have fun with your favorite series, memes and whatever the hell else have this monstrocity spawned, in your special thread.
But please don't get on other people's nerves by spreading the pony virus all over the forum.
It might have been a funny prank to temporarily change your usernames and avatars to the MLP ones.
But your joke doesn't end. And it seems it's even no longer a joke.
I repeat, this is an SPC forum.
See, rules are rules. Yes, it wouldn't be fair to limit people in their choice of avatar.
But there's such a thing as etiquette:
It's not necessary, yes. But if you have some respect for people around, you follow it.

It's just another cartoon, incidentally not made in japan, and with different techniques than SPC used to. It is hardly worth fighting about. Again, choose your battles wisely; this isn't worth it, I mean it. For example, someone insults you; is your pride worth a broken teeth? Maybe so. Is it worth you landing in intensive care? I doubt it.
If all you want is ending up with an MLP-less forum, no matter that it's a forum without active users? Please go right ahead! (not saying that all active members are MLPers)

Personally, I believe that massively (it was what... about 10? users) changing avatars, usernames and signatures to those related to an overrated cartoon that appears all over the internet (and it really annoys some people who are not in the fad) on an SPC forum is not exactly a respectful behavior either. That's why I support Kage on this in the first place. I'm not going to rage like him, but I understand why he does. I'm fine with people doing whatever they want to their profiles, really. But they do not imagine how silly and annoying this looks on the outside, given this is a Samurai Pizza Cats forum. I mean... fan devotion is a strong thing, but one should not go overboard. Because to me, this whole fad seems like a stepping stone to turning this forum into something it's not meant to be.

A while back, I watched the first 9 or so episodes of MLP: FIM. I can only say that for the most part, it gave me a "neutral" feeling. Meaning: I never felt like I needed to see the next episode. However I enjoyed any episode enough not to ditch it outright, and the episode where an a-hole dragon is being an a-hole (probably ep 6 or 7 or so), I really liked. Overrated? Maybe so. One of the things that stayed with me is the apparent production values. Although it's clearly a flash cartoon all the way, it all seems to have been made with a lot of care, I just can't deny that. Have to give credit where credit is due.
I don't feel I'm a the right person to judge MLP or its rising on this forum, and I'm sure no-one else asked me to do so as well. However, I feel it's in the eye of the beholder as to what degree some aspects are annoying and what exactly crosses the line; it's probably best I remain as impartial as possible about it. As such, you're as right in your opinion as any hardcore MLP fan in his/hers. And that's exactly the difficulty I think we're facing at the moment. We voice our opinions but they'll never coincide with the other camp's opinions. It's an endless game. 4 MLP fans have decided to remove themselves from the conversation on EE. I'm sure that in the end it'll prove enough to at least get EE back into shape again.

Something Vi mentioned a while back made me conclude the following: our SPC/KNT community actually survived Pokemon, and as evidenced by EE, it survived without too many bruises at the time. If we can survive Pokemon, we'll surely survive MLP, no doubt about it.

The problem isn't the cartoon, the cartoon is good...

The problem is the attitude of the fans of the cartoon... Not really, it's almost scary!! Seeing how the "Bronies" are affected in such way that everything they post need to be constantly referring the series is creepy...

I'm not sure about watching the series anymore fearing I would become a person like that!! It's like freaking mind control!!!
