-Cover-alls that don’t quite cover all.

-Here’s a real one. Some stores have those metal detector things at the entrances. You hear them going off all the time, because the people working the counters forget to demagnetize whatever was purchased. I often like to take a look around these stores. My pet peeve is when I’m on my way out and someone else who’s purchased something makes it go off. Everyone in the store stares at me because I’m not holding any bags that would indicate that I’ve made a purchase. So, now I make sure I leave these stores when no one else is.

-When spell-checkers don’t recognize words like “favourite” because of the way I spell it.
