I've tried many methods, but I can't figure out how to take images or clips from the episodes of SPC/KNT.
Can any of you help me out?

You can use Windows Media Player Classic, pause the selected scene, go to File -> Save Image.

There ya go.

Download Here.

WMP Classic is the best. It even allows you to play RealMedia files on it.

If you were Linux user, could use Mplayer. You can redirect its output to save every frame as JPEG file. It's very useful, but disk space consuming though. I know about Windows port of the Mplayer, but don't know if it has the same feature.

Then, you'll need this (if you're running Windows XP)

Movie Maker 2 is my fave, I've created 3 SPC videos and 4 Cybersix videos.

Hey, I could just say "screw you, solve your own problems" but I'm not like that.

And you're welcome, by the way.
