Allow me to translate:

Pic 1: Area Restricted.  All - intruders [are] to be destroyed by us, the elite/awsome Hammer Bros.
Pic 2: You suck, we're awsome, prepare for total destruction. [Joyous exclamations]
Pic 3: We are the Shroob allies.  We'll rock you and then laugh about it until you cry.
Pic 4: Escape is impossible, because we're too awsome.  We'll destroy you.
Unpic: They still are not beaten. Continue beatings until all intruders are destroyed.

The Shroob are the primary villians of the game, evil purple mushrooms sorta like giant goombas but with arms and lasers...

The Hammer bros are under their control via the little bubbles on their head.

Well, why can't they just say that? Doesn't make sense that they should talk like people who speaks English like a second language. Really stupid. They have gone a far low on this. If I play a modern game right now that has characters actually talk like that in a bubble or just regular talk, then I'll say that people have totally lost it in the English language. They need serious help on how to talk. This is just plain stupid.

It was supposed to be obscure, Andy. They didn't expect most people to get it.
If you play ever online games. you actually will see people type like that from time to time. 

They could've just as easily had the Hammer Bros. talking backwards, or saying random letters like "RSKIRCJOT! IITUR, TIJAW!" but Nintendo's translation team found it more fun to toss in an internet "inside joke" instead.

Meh, whats a little 1337 in todays games? Perhaps it'll appeal to a slightly larger audience. It's still kinda funny though
