This is a new anime that's just come out a few months ago.  (The characters were being used on a series of slot machines before the anime! )  It's very similar to KNT in many ways.  It takes place in an Edo-style setting, but with modern things thrown in, like cell phones, computers, and so on.  It has ninjas, robot samurai, "SD" characters, secret identities, and an old guy that reminds me of Jerry Atrik.  I've gotten 3 episodes off Winny.  That's all that's out so far.  They have a great web page at http://www.yoshimune-anime.com

I've modified my post above with the episode guide to include all 16 episodes currently out.  I'll keep updating it as new episodes are released.  If there's enough interest and if anyone will help me set it up, I could torrent these.  Or you can get them off me on Shareaza or Winny, but you need to search in Japanese.
