This is a kind of new series that is being released in Japan, based off some novels by the same name (translations here

What it's about is a guy named Kyon who meets this girl name Harhui who is more than unusual who says that she's only interested in "Aliens, and espers" and other types of less-than-normal people. But that's all in the second episode. The first episode is nothing more than an amaturish-camera-style episode that introduces the characters through a purposly poorly-told video.
I only decided to mention it up here because any thing, whether it be book, movie, or whatever that parodies Phoenix Wright: Ace Attourney, instantly gets my vote for awesome.
