Ah, yeah I remember noticing that a while ago. It looks like there's something else written to the right of the "Made in Korea", but I can't tell what.
Reminds me, I think I remember seeing some text on the "X-Ray" view shown when the old guy's back appears to be cured early in "The Great Golden Cluck". I couldn't make it out though.

I say that has to be a deliberate reference (the Saban team spotted it, and wrote that line in), or I've stretched this as far as it can go.
