Most fans already knew about 2 KNT soundtrack CD, KICA-24 "Nekoza Dai Ikkai Kouen" (a.k.a. Drama CD) and KICA-37 "Nekoza Senshuuraku Kouen" (a.k.a. Music CD). Audio files in MP3 format of all tracks are available at Polly Ester's Shrine, with respective titles. However there are some mistakes there, so I'm opening a new topic to show the correct titles. Although a topic about KNT music already exists in the board, I thought these informations would deserve their own thread.

Now I'm posting the 1st version of translation of titles of KICA-24 KNT CD. I hope now suggestions, improvements and error corrections from other fans.ENGLISH TRANSLATION - 1st version

[Note: 'neko' means 'cat'; 'za' is a suffix often employed for theaters.]

[Note: This entire title doesn't have a simple translation. "Otto" is an interjection equivalent to "uh-ho" or "oops". "Dokkoi" is an interjection often used by whom wants to call its spirit of determination, to brings guts. The first 2 verses of the lyrics are:
     "Ottodokkoi kako (past)"
     "Ottodokkoi mirai (future)"
Perhaps "Ottodokkoi" represents how one feels disconcerted when is looking Edoropolis: at first sight, it looks like Japan of the past; but closer looks reveal futuristic features.
"Nihon" (Japan) + "bare" (from "hare" = "sunny day"): represents an exceptionally beautiful weather, with clear and cloudless sky. ]

[Note: Literally "sanjou" is "visiting", but in this context means "we came here to offer our service".]

No, I'm in no way fooling anyone, when I made this topic I really wished to translate lyrics and perhaps dramas. However, as you already knew, I'm working in many SPC/KNT projects, so I'll not make any promise about schedules. Besides, other board members may make translations, not only me.

In another post, I touched on the YASU keku-nai concept.  YASU is in English characters, so is probably trying to be English.  Konekushon = connection, inigi = energy, I think yasu = yes.  Or "yes, it isn't"  No idea on keku, might be chinese?

I may not be good with Japanese (yet), but I know quite a bit when it comes to people who are trying to speak English.

Well, you made a guess, but I afraid am still with doubt. Perhaps it has no meaning at all.

It was said that the title means 'it's not easy'.
It makes some sense, since yasu (安) means 'relax', 'cheap', 'peaceful', 'safe'... but still I'm not sure if it's correct.

-03: "Matcha" (抹茶) is a powdered green tea, mainly employed in ceremony.

Interesting translation so far. The "Only my ears are wagging" line definitely evokes a very cat-like image. I've often seen cats sitting nearly completely still, but turning their ears every now and then to pick up nearby sounds.

Harmonex, do you mean "hero of mime"? I'm almost certain that's just a misprint in the booklet, because it certainly sounds like "hero of mine" in the song.

-27: Literally it would be “Your lips are under 'official matter'!”; “Goyou da!” means “It's a official matter!”. Such a phrase is often found in stories about detective/police action in Edo period (for example, “Zenigata Heiji” TV series, or Shoutarou Ikenami's novel “Onihei hankachou”).
-28: “Shinmyou” is a word often found in stories about Edo period, said by detectives or justice agents when are ordering person being arrested to stay quiet.

This is the last part of YASU-keku nai, and it was hard to translate due to Japanese culture references. OK, finally we got all the lyrics translated. It doesn't means improvement can't be made, probably board members could help to make the translation fitting better for native English speaker ears. Thus I hope suggestions will appear here in this thread.
By the way, MIPPLE sings only half of the lyrics. If possible, someone could make a video clip of the entire music. I don't know if it's possible or easy, but would be an interesting fan project. Moreover, with a subtitles would be very good!

Do you mean that Mipple only sings half in the show?  I would imagine that it would be a simple project to splice in the extra footage, provided someone has talent with lip-synching.  It'd be neat to see it done in a more "music video" format with scenes from other episodes being added in.  Specifically I'd like to see NeoMikey or Truro attempt it, but anyone with creative talent will do.

Perhaps "Ottodokkoi" represents how one feels disconcerted when is looking Edoropolis: at first sight, it looks like Japan of the past; but closer looks reveal futuristic features.
"Nihon" (Japan) + "bare" (from "hare" = "sunny day"): represents an exceptionally beautiful weather, with clear and cloudless sky. ]

How did we end up with "a time of" in the KNT translations?

The lyrics of Ottodokkoi Nihonbare and To be yourself weren't translated by me, they had been done before I joined  translation job. Actually YASU-keku nai is my first attempt of lyric translation. So I don't know what happened exactly, but anyway I can say that, in a translation job, some choices must be done. There isn't exact word by word equivalence between differents languages. Moreover, some references has no meaning in another culture. I mean, translation isn't an exact science, some part needs to be recreated to make it understandable for other language, but without losing its original meaning. This is specially hard for poesy and lyrics. If you saw the last part of YASU-keku nai (with Ono no Komachi's poesy) you know what I'm talking about.

In regards to "It comes comes", I've got a few ideas.  When I think of something spinning (a person on a carousel for example), I think of it coming, then going, then coming again.  The same concept might apply to "kuru kuru", but I could be wrong.

I think you are right.

A way to write this might be "It comes around."  Based on some of the context I'm seeing, and "yasu" being cheap, I'm thinking that "love comes and goes easily/cheaply" might be a good way of phrasing it, or, as you put it, "it's not easy" with keeping love.

"yasui" (cheap) is written with same kanji of "anshin" (safe, relieved) or "anzen" (secure), so I agree with your interpretation.

"Touch me down" is giving me hell.

This is touching me down, whatever would be its meaning.
