Fairly odd parents has some of that humor that you get only after living for so long; you know, adult jokes. Much like SPC was when I watched as a kid

I'll take your word for it... Many shows used a similar idea before, but this one was the only where it worked well...maybe because wishes aren’t temporal and because this show is really funny. In some episodes Timmy even ends cheating and don’t having to pay the consequences, like in that "Book madness" episode or the " body shifting" episode.

Did you know that cybersix was based on a TV show made in Argentina? The original idea was to make a comic but someone bought the idea for a live action TV show, the show was canceled after 14 episodes or something but some Japan guys bought the idea to make a anime... There is more, But I need to find that "Lazer" Issue... PS: Lazer is a Magazine made is Argentina, is about anime, some TV shows and random stuff…

I know the history of my all time fave show, don't you worry BC. Cost $1,000,000 per episode, only 13 eps were ever made. Budget problems forced the show to stop production. The comics are in a variety of languages, Tigriss has a very respectable collection of such comics and I had have seen a few of them myself. Burkey

I'm not a big fan of Naruto. It never really grew on me.
5. Inspector Gadget 4. Darkstalkers (US) 3. Darkwing Duck 2. Gargoyles 1. Animaniacs
I used to freakin' love Inspector Gadget as a kid, and I recently got the DVD and still enjoy it. I even managed to get ahold of the soundtrack (done by Shuki Levy and Haim Saban, who also scored Samurai Pizza Cats), which is actually a little impressive considering how many variations there were on the Gadget theme.
The US Darkstalkers is actually very bad, but it's bad in the good way. It's so bad that it's hilarious. Darkwing Duck was, and still is, one of the most intelligently funny cartoons ever on TV, and Gargoyles was likewise intelligent, in a more dramatic way, and was one of the first serialized animated programs that I remember. Animaniacs was likewise consistently funny and even managed to throw in some adult humor, like this quote from "King Yakko:"
Incredibly Hot Chancellor Lady: Sire? King Yakko: Not now. (Winks.) Wait 'til later!
I can explain that if nobody got it. Obviously, I only included American cartoons in the list and excluded Samurai Pizza Cats by default.
