These have been tough so far, but I know this one! It's the spool of thread from when Francine was knitting in "Pizza Cat Performance Review".

I'm impressed that someone always seems to know what the mystery object is.  Try this one:

The only reason I knew that right off the top of my head was because I thought it was so random for Francine to be knitting in that episode. ^^;

Some of these other ones have been harder for me to figure out (though I would have gotten the last one if felineki hadn't beat me to it).

The texture makes me think it was scanned from a printed material of some sort. In the upper-right is what appears to be the hand of Bad Bird or a Ninja Crow. But those observations aside, I'm drawing a blank.

But don't worry, that's why the next step is that I start giving clues.  And the first clue I'll give you is to confirm what Felineki suspects; this is from a comic, not from the anime, and Bad Bird is using it.

Nobody has it yet.  "A button of some sort" isn't good enough.  The next clue is that in my first clue I said "Bad Bird" and not "Karamaru".

I remember an american comic that was released a lot of time ago, I saw the scansin some web lots of years ago so I'm not sure but I think the pic comes from there... Anyway I never have read the comic so I don't know what is that thing that Bad Bird is about to push/use/whatever...

If you look closely, it actually is Polly (triangular helmet lens, hearts on forearms), just colored with Guido's colors by mistake.

You're right, now I see, only ...it... has guidos shoulders, really strange

You're on the right track, it is from an American comic.  But let's see if any of you have as many SPC files on your computer as I do and can find it (or the actual books, which I also have).

hmm...well I now I don't have it, but when it's finally reveled could you maybe scan the book so that others could see it, Vi?

I guess no one else has this, what kind of SPC fans are you?  Saban Powerhouse comics were one of the very few SPC items the average fan with no Japanese sources could easily get (you can probably still find them on eBay).  Unfortunately, there were only 2 issues with SPC.  Even more unfortunately, one of them is an awful comic done by someone who probably never watched SPC before someone told him to draw it (The other comic is actually pretty good). 

Anyway, the mystery object is from the bad comic, it's Bad Bird's very simple one-button remote control for his giant robot.  I'll upload both comics for you later, for now I'll just show you this.
